Fundación RIA participated in the project by developing the Master Plan for the new headquarters and preparing the bases for the competition, which was resolved last March, with the winning project being the one by Pereda Pérez and MRM Arquitectos.
The involvement of RIA made it possible to carry out an in-depth analysis of the needs of the area, generating connections between the agents involved, designing strategies for sustainable development and encouraging environmental improvements. In addition, Fundación RIA also carried out public communication work, aiming to foster a strong architectural and design culture and promoting public procurement.
The exhibition will show the whole process and will take place in the Plaza de Armas of the ETEA, a space of special relevance for what will be the new headquarters of the Marine Research Institute.
